             *Not Applicable to Annual Fee, Archival Storage or Initial Page Setup.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

� This is not an ISP service, only a WEB SITE MAINTENANCE & SETUP service and all ISP Charges will
  remain the separate responsibility of the respective client.

� No responsibility can be taken for loss of data incurred from ISP problems, and if archival storage of web material
  is not kept, and data is lost, replacement data work will be charged at $5 an Hour.

� Otherwise data replacement from archival storage is done as a matter of course. No charge.

� Updates to Site done on a weekly basis within 3 days of receipt of details or work. (e.g. graphics.)

� Deadline for Monday Morning Updates :- Friday Noon.

� Special jobs with 24 hr. notice are subject to work load and will incur a fee.
  There are no guarantees that work to appear on the page will be in any specific format, just to be present and
  on the page,and correctly displayed within the three day period.

� Credit Card facility May become available in the future, if so clients will be informed.

� Cheques take 5 (five) working days to clear, and must do so before payment will be deemed to have been made.
  Bad Cheques will incur a fee.

� Late Payment May be cause to terminate the contract with the client, if done without prior notice.

� No refunds will be given in the case of Annual fees or work done if contract is broken.

� Deposits may be withheld or sums taken if payment is overdue or delinquent.
